Browser storage may contain term progress, bookmarks, quiz history, study statistics, and display settings. Clearing site data removes it. There is no account and no server database.

Not Collected
Decoded does not ask for names, health records, symptoms, diagnoses, or patient identifiers. Payment card details are never entered into or seen by this app.
Analytics
The hosted site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate. It records anonymous page-level metrics only — no analytics cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising or fingerprinting.
Payments
Decoded is free to use. Optional Premium checkout is handled by RevenueCat (Web Billing) and Stripe — your email and payment details go to them, not to Decoded. An anonymous purchase id is stored in this browser so your Premium is recognised on this device; keep your receipt email to recover access. Without a billing key configured, the app ships fully free with no purchase surfaces at all.
Security
The app ships with restrictive browser permissions, anti-framing headers, content-type protection, a referrer policy, and a strict content-security policy that limits network calls to the payment and analytics providers named above.
